We ship our products all over mainland France, as well as to DOM-TOM and internationally. Please note that delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
2. Shipping Methods

- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- In-Store Pickup: Available immediately after order processing
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can check the estimated shipping fees in your cart before finalizing your order.
- Standard Shipping: starting from 7 CHF
- Express Shipping: starting from 10 CHF
- In-Store Pickup: Free
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that will allow you to monitor the delivery progress of your package.
5. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
