Our selection of specialty coffee beans is rigorous: all our batches are rated ≥ 86 SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), traceable back to the producer, and roasted by recognized European artisans — first among them Colonna Coffee (UK), for whom we are the official importer for Switzerland.

How to choose your beans

  • For espresso: opt for an espresso roast profile (medium/medium-dark). Latin American origins (Peru, Colombia, Brazil) offer roundness and chocolate notes; natural Ethiopia for fruitiness.
  • For filter coffee (V60, Aeropress, Chemex): choose a filter profile (light/medium-light). Kenya, washed Ethiopia, Colombian Gesha for vibrant acidity and complexity.
  • For both (omni roast): our versatile batches, perfect if you vary your brewing methods.
